Session work is usually done in person, but can take place online once a rapport has been established.
*NOTE: During COVID-19, therapy may only take place via online platform or on the phone.
Each psychotherapy session lasts 50 minutes. A private entrance and a space designed for your comfort and confidentiality is provided.

Sessions cost $120. A sliding scale can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
I accept cash, e-transfer, cheque, debit, or credit cards as payment.
My fees are covered by many benefit plans: check with your employer or insurance provider to see if psychotherapy is covered.
*NOTE: During COVID-19, only e-transfer can be accepted as payment.
