Melissa Emerson is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Think about what brought you here. Do you have relationship issues? Do you feel dissatisfied, lonely or lost? Maybe you feel angry or taken advantage of. Do you want someone to listen and understand you? Perhaps I can be that person for you.
I offer personal psychodynamic psychotherapy sessions for individual adults. My office is located in a confidential, comfortable space with its own private entrance in Toronto’s West End, easily accessed by transit. Each psychotherapy session lasts 50 minutes, and my fees are covered by many benefit plans.
I allow the experience of the dynamic client/therapist relationship – including thoughts, ideas, values, and feelings – to be used for the discovery, acceptance, and understanding of your life and inner world. If any of the words on this page resonate with you, please contact me and let us see if we could work well together.
I have a diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from Toronto’s renowned institution, CTP: The Centre for Training in Psychotherapy.
I am fully registered with CRPO, the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
I am a member of CAPT, the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy.
